Thank you for choosing to apply! During your application, your progress will be saved and enable you to come back anytime to check on the status of your application. Your first step will be to choose an application type.
Which application type should you choose?

If you are a student and will be leasing a single bedroom in a unit, choose, "Student." You will be approved with our Guarantor Waiver Program for an additional $36 per installment.

If you are not a student and will be leasing a single bedroom in a unit, choose "Non-Student." You will be approved with our Guarantor Waiver Program for an additional $44 per installment.

If you are leasing an entire unit, choose "Entire Unit." You will be approved with our Guarantor Waiver Program for an additional $65 per installment.

All applicants will undergo criminal and eviction background screening. Approval will be subject to passing background screening. Please see the Rental Criteria for more information on this screening.
Pricing is subject to change based on availability and velocity. Your pricing and space are not guaranteed until the leasing process has been completed and approved by both you and the leasing team.
